Telephone Help Desk Support is available 24/7 for customers that have a current Help Desk Support Agreement.
Help Desk Support is available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, for customers without Help Desk Support billed via credit card at our then current support rate.
On-Site Support and Remote Software Support is available and is billed at a reduced rate for customers with a current Help Desk Support Agreement during normal business hours and at an extended hourly rate for support provided outside of our normal business hours.
Our Software has evolved over the years based on input and requests from our customers. Software Change Requests that will enhance the profitability, performance or procedures for your business are welcome. They are evaluated and quoted based on the time required to implement the change, testing, debugging and file structure changes as required. A new executable is created and deployed. This software change then becomes an integral part of the software suite.
