Inventory Control is easy with the Point Of Sale Management System. Inventory is deducted from stock and sales history is updated as sales transactions are completed. Purchase Orders can be generated based on sales history with the advanced Auto Purchase Order system. As sales of an item increase the system will calculate the quantity to maintain in stock per day based on the lead-time of the vendor. This allows you to maintain accurate inventory levels and prevent shortages and overstock which ties up cash flow. When inventory is received, it can be scanned into stock and barcode labels can be printed. If using the Accounts Payable Module, an Accounts Payable Invoice can be automatically created. P.O.'s can be created for and inventory transferred to remote locations with the Multi-Site Module.
